PRIVACY!

Effective 2026-07-09 · Где Бенз

★ 01 · Effective date

This privacy policy is effective as of January 2024 and applies to all users of Где Бенц. We update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices and applicable law. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date and posting the revised policy here. Your continued use of Где Бенц after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

★ 02 · Who we are

Где Бенц is an independent fuel-finding utility designed to help drivers locate nearby gas stations and compare real-time fuel prices. We are committed to your privacy and operate with full transparency about how we collect, use, and protect your information. Our mission is to provide a simple, fast, and reliable tool for finding fuel without unnecessarily collecting personal data. We do not sell user information and maintain strict data minimization practices across all operations.

★ 03 · Data we collect

Где Бенц collects your precise location (latitude and longitude) only when you actively search for nearby stations on the Map tab. We also collect fuel price updates you submit, your saved favorite stations list, and anonymous usage analytics including search frequency and fuel-type preferences by region. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, payment information, vehicle details, or personal browsing history. Location data is processed only on your device; no data is transmitted without your explicit action.

★ 04 · How we use it

We use your location to show nearby fuel stations on the Map and sort results by distance. Price submissions help train our real-time fuel pricing engine, which is the killer feature of Где Бенц, improving accuracy for all users worldwide. Your saved stations list is stored locally on your device for instant access. Analytics help us understand which fuel types and regions generate the most searches, allowing us to improve station coverage and availability.

★ 05 · Data handling commitment

We do not sell, use, or disclose user data to third parties for any purpose. All location data remains on your device unless you voluntarily submit a price update or search. Even when you submit fuel prices, we strip location information and store only the station ID, fuel type, price, and timestamp. Your saved favorites list never leaves your device. We implement encryption for data in transit and apply strict access controls limiting staff to need-to-know bases.

★ 06 · Third-party processors

Где Бенц uses three third-party services: Mapbox provides mapping and location search infrastructure; Sentry collects anonymized crash and error reports (receiving only stack traces, no location data); and Amazon Web Services (AWS) stores aggregated price history and analytics data (individual user data is never stored). Each processor operates under strict data protection agreements. We confirm these third parties provide the same or equal protection for user data as outlined in this policy.

★ 07 · Retention schedule

Your location data is processed only during active search sessions and is discarded immediately when you close the app. Your saved favorite stations list persists locally on your device indefinitely until you manually delete entries. Submitted fuel prices are retained for 90 days to train our pricing algorithm; after 90 days, individual submission records are deleted and only aggregated price trends are retained. Anonymous usage analytics are retained for 12 months. Crash reports are deleted after 30 days. Device identifiers and session logs are retained for 7 days for abuse prevention.

★ 08 · International data transfers

Где Бенц is hosted on AWS servers located in the United States. Some third-party processors also operate in the US, where privacy laws may differ from your home country. If you access Где Бенц from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Где Бенц, you consent to such transfers. We apply standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest.

★ 09 · Your GDPR rights

If you are a resident of the European Union or subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: the right to access your personal data and learn how we process it; the right to rectification if your data is inaccurate; the right to erasure for data no longer necessary; the right to restrict processing; the right to data portability to transfer your data to another service; and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@gdebenz.app. We will respond within 30 days of receipt.

You have the right to delete personal information we hold, subject to certain exceptions. You have the right to correct inaccurate information. You have the right to opt-out of any sale or sharing of your data for targeted advertising purposes. You are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. ★ 11 · Security and breach notification

Где Бенц implements industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, local encryption for stored favorites, and regular security audits. Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls. If we discover a security breach involving your data, we will notify you within 72 hours via in-app notification and email. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by law. Our incident response plan includes forensic analysis, user notification, and remediation to prevent recurrence.
